New York City Is such a melting pot of various cultures and cuisines, this enabled my West African family to be able to engage in the food industry here in the city for 30 years, we have owned Two African Restaurants (Akwaaba Food Temple). Growing up in the food catering and Restaurant Industry ultimately gave me the experience needed to continue in food catering.
